Welcome to Topseashells ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website and purchasing our products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to place an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so.
2. Our Seashells (Important)
All seashells sold by Topseashells are natural and one-of-a-kind.
- No two shells are exactly the same
- Natural marks, color variations, small chips, or irregular shapes are normal
- These natural features are not defects
We photograph each shell carefully, but slight differences may occur due to lighting, camera angles, or screen settings.
3. Orders
- All orders depend on availability
- We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, or another issue
- Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Shipping costs are not included in the listed product prices
- After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email showing:
- The cost of the seashell(s)
- The postage/shipping cost
- The total amount due
Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.
5. Shipping (International Orders)
- We ship internationally via registered air mail
- Shipping is charged at cost price
- Orders are shipped only after full payment is received
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by country. Delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Topseashells takes no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because each shell is unique, all sales are final except in the following cases:
- Your shell was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Returned items must be in original condition.
We do not accept returns for natural variations, photo differences, or change of mind.
7. Care and Safety
Seashells are natural and may be fragile. Some may have sharp edges or small parts. Handle with care and keep out of reach of young children.
8. Website Content
All photos, text, logos, and designs on this website belong to Topseashells and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website for illegal purposes, interfere with its operation, or reuse our content without permission.
10. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
