Nature of Goods: Our products are natural specimens. Please note that no two shells are identical. Minor variations in color, size, and pattern from the website images are to be expected.
Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately for a refund or substitution.

Payment Completion: Orders will not be processed or reserved until payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, please allow 2–5 business days for funds to clear.
Dispatch Policy: Shipments are made only after complete payment has been received. * Handling Time: Once payment is cleared, items are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shells they purchase are legal to import into their specific country.
